What CoinTaxDelta is
CoinTaxDelta is a local-first crypto tax preview tool. It parses an exchange CSV in your browser, estimates gains and losses, and lets you download review files. It is not a wallet, an exchange, a trading service, or a tax filing service.

All outputs are estimates for review purposes only. CoinTaxDelta does not provide tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or filing services, and does not guarantee accuracy or compliance with the rules of any jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming final tax treatment with a qualified professional before relying on any figure.
Acceptable use
- Use the tool only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse the service in order to abuse it.
- You are responsible for the files you process and for keeping your own records.
Supporter access and payments
Some optional features can be unlocked with supporter access. Purchases are processed by Gumroad as the seller of record, and license validation may be performed by Polar. Their terms and refund policies apply to the purchase itself. Core preview and export features remain available without a purchase.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinTaxDelta and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax, penalty, or loss arising from your use of the tool or reliance on its estimates.
Privacy
Your CSV is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to a CoinTaxDelta server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
